For all coaching services, scheduling and delivery are as follows:

• Discovery Calls & Coaching Sessions
• Appointments must be scheduled in advance through the website or via email.
• Instant confirmation of booking will be sent within 5 minutes of payment.
• Sessions will be conducted at the scheduled time. If rescheduling is required, please refer to our Rescheduling & Service Adjustment Policy.

• Digital Products & Resources (if applicable)
• Any downloadable materials or resources (if included in the service) will be provided via email or direct download within 24 hours of purchase.

• Response Times
• General inquiries will be responded to within 2 business days.
• Support regarding coaching sessions will be addressed within 2 days from completed coaching sessions.

Refund Policy

• Is it allowed?
  Refunds are permitted under specific conditions outlined below.
• Method & Procedures
• Clients must request a refund via email at Aysha@projectwonder.com within 5 days of purchase.
• The request must include proof of payment and a reason for the refund.
• Terms & Timelines
• Refunds apply only to unused coaching sessions.
• No refunds will be issued after 45 days from the purchase date or after sessions have begun.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Processing Time
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.

Rescheduling & Service Adjustment Policy

• Is it allowed?
  Yes, clients may reschedule or adjust their selected service under the conditions below.
• Method & Procedures
• Clients must request a reschedule or service adjustment via email at Aysha@projectwonder.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Requests made after this period may not be accommodated.
• Terms & Timelines
• Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled within 14 days of the original booking, subject to availability.
• Service Adjustments: If a client wishes to switch to another service:
• If the new service costs more, the client must pay the difference.
• If the new service costs less, the difference is non-refundable but may be credited toward future services.
• Overpayment & Underpayment Scenarios
• Overpayments will be credited toward future coaching sessions.
• Underpayments must be settled before the session takes place.

Cancellation Policy

  Cancellations are permitted under specific conditions.
• Method & Procedures
• Clients must request a cancellation via email at Aysha@projectwonder.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Terms & Timelines
• Cancellations made within the notice period may be eligible for rescheduling or a partial refund.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the session) may not be eligible for a refund.
• Processing Time
• Approved refunds for cancellations will be processed within 14 business days.
