This website is operated by Project Wonder Consultancy (CR No. 181233-1). Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Project Wonder Consultancy.


By accessing this website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you may not use this website or our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.


Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the legal age of majority in your country or have consent from a legal guardian.


Use of Services

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

You agree not to misuse this website or its content. Prohibited uses include:

Service Delivery

Coaching Sessions:

  • Must be scheduled in advance

  • Booking confirmation is sent within 5 minutes of payment

  • Sessions will take place at the scheduled time


Digital Resources (if applicable):

  • Delivered within 24 hours of purchase


Response Time:

  • General inquiries will be responded to within 2 business days


Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of purchase via email at Aysha@projectwonder.com

  • Refunds apply only to unused coaching sessions

  • No refunds will be issued after 15 days or once sessions have begun

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method within 14 business days


Rescheduling & Service Adjustments

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Sessions can be rescheduled within 14 days of the original booking, subject to availability


Service Adjustments:

  • If upgrading, the price difference must be paid

  • If downgrading, the remaining balance is non-refundable but may be credited toward future services


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the session

  • Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days


Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
